I think it may be because I’m a little bit hungry right now but I’ve fallen in love with the Little Einstein cupcake birthday tower made for the 2nd birthday of Flickr user -KT-’s second birthday.

I’ve always heard that blue is meant to put you off food butI don’t know about you but it’s having quite the opposite effect on me!

I think that impresses me most about this cake is, like with all design, that the simplicity of it is what makes it so impressive.

The cupcake tower was made by SugarHigh in Nova Scotia (so that would be a billion miles away from me) and I spotted this delight at Cupcakes Take The Cake (a very bad website to visit when you’re hungry..)
